The People

SueSue Dale (MCSP)
Chartered Physiotherapist

Sue became an associate at the practice in 1998 bringing with her many years of experience in treating people with joint and soft tissue/sports injuries.

Qualifying in Sheffield in 1987, Sue gained extensive post-graduate experience in a number of hospitals primarily in the UK but she also had the opportunity to work in Austraila for some time. Her early interest in sports injuries and lower limb biomechanics led her to involvement with the World Student Games Medical team in 1991 and she has pursued this speciality since then. Sue has completed advanced manipulation courses and is also fully qualified to use acupuncture for pain relief.  Click here for more information to find out more about this service.

Sue also acts as a Clinical Supervisor for physiotherapy students from Sheffield Hallam University. Sue balances her work at the practice with duites in Primary Care - working alongside general practitioners in the west of the city. She has recently completed injection therapy training and is enjoying incorporating this into her practice.

Sue says "I appreciate the flexibility that The Physios provides - it really helps me to balance work and family commitments".
