What you think

Here at The Physios we are continually committed to improving the services that we offer to our patients. From time-to-time we ask a random selection of patients to complete a 'Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire'. We use these feedback forms to monitor our progress and to respond to what our patients think about the practice.

Our most recent survey was conducted in January 2007. We asked 100 patients to rate various aspects of the practice out of 5 (5 being the highest) and you can see some of the results below.
