NEW for 'Mums' and 'Mums to be'

Julie has recently completed a course on instructing ante-natal and post-natal Pilates - courses will run at The Physios from October 2007. Pilates is a very safe form of exercise both pre and post natally and classes will be open to anyone who is expecting or has recently delivered.

There will be a maximum of 4 people per class which means that each mum or mum to be can be given individual attention and help.
