Why are classes at The Physios different?
- The classes are small (maximum of 4 people per class) which means that each person can be given individual attention and help
- Julie is a Chartered Physiotherapist who has an in-depth knowledge of human anatomy and movement
- If you have a pre-existing condition you can discuss this with Julie and she will tailor the exercises to suit your specific needs
- Your condition will be assessed to check your suitability for the Pilates course. This may involve an assessment prior to the first class
- We provide you with exercises booklets and theraband so that you can practice your exercises at home!
