Pilates Classes
Pilates and Core Stability exercises are taught on a one-to-one basis during treatment sessions in the clinic but our classes provide a great opportunity to really master the exercises with on-going instruction as well as have some fun trying!
Our classes:

Are run by Chartered Physiotherapist Julie Wilkinson, who is a qualified instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI)

Last for an hour and run over a 6 week period

Are suitable for people who initially need a modified programme to accommodate injury or pain, or people new to Pilates who are seeking a gentle introduction to Pilates in a relaxed environment
