The aim of physiotherapy is to help restore normal body function where there has been injury or disease (see ‘We can help you’). We take time to listen, not only to get as much information about the injury as possible but because we’re interested. We’ll conduct a thorough assessment to find out the source of the problem and discuss the diagnosis and the best way forward with you. We share your ambition to get back to normal as quickly as possible and we’ll use a variety of treatment techniques like movement re-education, manipulation and specific exercises to help you achieve this. The best thing is to leave that to us – that’s what we’re good at!
The practice started nearly 20 years ago, since when it has enjoyed a growing reputation among doctors and patients for providing skilled physiotherapy treatment by experienced clinicians. It’s our experience that makes us different – years of ‘hands-on’ treatment, post-graduate training and further education gives us reason to be confident that we can provide the specialist care you need. Our team of physios all have in excess of 10 years post-graduate experience and have enjoyed long term involvement with the practice ensuring continuity of care, not just from one appointment to the next but from year to year should you need to return to see us in the future.
