Musculoskeletal Workshops
We run a rolling programme of GP Workshops both 'in house' and upon invitation at your location. If you are interested in developing your skills in musculoskeletal examination and management, updating yourself with the latest evidence base, improving your handling skills or learning new treatment techniques we can help.
Paul Hattam leads the workshops along with members of The Physios team. Paul has a long held interest in postgraduate education and has taught on many courses and seminars for doctors and physiotherapists in the UK, Europe and the USA. He also tutors locally and, in recent years, has been particularly involved in establishing and teaching on the Sheffield General Practice Speciality Training Programme. Paul has also co-authored a clinical textbook ‘Special Tests in Musculoskeletal examination’ published in 2010 by Elsevier.
Our workshops are informative, current, 'hands-on' and perhaps most importantly, good fun! We have been running courses and workshops for many years and aim to provide the clinician with new skills that can be employed immediately.
