The ankle and foot is one of the most commonly injured areas of the body, whether it be casual recreational injury, a problem resulting from repetative over-use or a sports or dance injury. Our physios have experience in dealing with all these problems and we also work closely with our Podiatrist, Tony Standering, who can often help a great deal in managing these kinds of injuries.
