Run Lab is a tailored assessment and treatment package specifically designed for runners of all levels. Run Lab aims to prevent running injuries, treat persistent problems, and/or improve your running performance.

Common injuries to benefit from Run Lab include:

  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Achilles tendinopathy
  • Shin splints, runners knee
  • SITB friction syndrome
  • General persistent niggles or injuries

Consisting of 3 bespoke sessions, physio Jon Grayson will assess your running technique using slow-motion video analysis and functionally screen your mobility, stability, strength and agility.
