Chartered Physiotherapist

Sarah graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol in 2008 and quickly developed a specialist interest in pelvic physiotherapy – treating both men and women. She is passionate about her role and the influence that physiotherapy can have in the management of pregnancy related conditions, pelvic pain, gynaecological issues and continence problems.

Sarah maintains her specialist interest with regular post-graduate education and is a qualified acupuncturist. She has recently qualified to be a practitioner of the “Mummy MOT” – a nationally recognised, bespoke assessment and treatment plan for women following child birth. She combines her role here at The Physios with a senior position in the NHS.

Sarah has developed a unique resource to help men and women with pelvic health issues and to address some of the sensitive issues that are rarely discussed. Check out her Pregnancy Post Natal Pelvic Health Zone here.
