Initial contact

Our reception team will be your first point of contact. Whether over the phone or when you arrive, you can be assured of a warm welcome and an appointment to suit you. They also send email and text reminders of your appointment to make things as convenient as possible.

First Appointment

During your initial consultation, one of our clinical team will take time to listen to your story. They will carry out a thorough physical examination, explain their findings (diagnosis) and put together a plan of how to get you better.

Treatment

Tailored treatment will commence at your first appointment. All our clinicians are experienced chartered physiotherapists with advanced manual therapy skills. Our team also provides a wide range of bespoke specialist services.

Aftercare

We don’t just want to get you better; we want to keep you that way. We can liaise with GPs, personal trainers, insurers, etc on your behalf. We also offer Pilates and massage therapy at the practice as well as maintenance check ups throughout the year.
